READING this week
Hey! Have you shared with your parents what week it is in reading?!? It's mystery week! We will be using our skills such as drawing conclusions and making predictions to help us solve mysteries in class this week. Currently, we are reading a book together in class called A Clue in Code. I am hoping to read a Meg Macintosh story this week as well.
We are focusing on a couple of different language arts skills. We have learned antonyms and synonyms so far. We will also do idioms, metaphors, similes, and onamonapias!
Don't forget:
Students are now working with Mrs. Nichols for classroom science.
Social Studies will be tested at the end of this week.
Valentines day is coming up! A parent letter and class list will be sent home soon. :)
